Baked Prawns with Mungbean Noodles (Kung-Op-Woon-Sen)
Hey I just checked my fridge and realized that i have enough ingredient to cook Thai recipe "Kung-Op-Woon-Sen). I got my inspiration from this website. Kruaklaibaan (กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น)

Ingredient
6 to 10 Prawns
1 small bag Mungbean noodles (see picture)
5 thin slices Pork bellies or bacon (see picture)
chopped Ginger
4 smashed Garlic
chopped Coriander
sprinkle black pepper
1 1/2 table spoon Oyster sauce
1 1/2 table spoon mushroom flavor Soy sauce (or Maggie sauce)
1/2 tea spoon Salt
1/2 tea spoon Sugar
1 tea spoon black Soy sauce
PS. Purple = available in Asian Market near by your house. I live in Boston, so I usually go to "88 supermarket" at Harvard Ave. Here is the address 88 Supermarket

1. Put mungbean noodle into water until it's soften

Methods
1. Put mungbean noodle into water until it's soften
2. Mix sauce
As order from left to right in the top picture (soy sauce + black soy sauce + oyster sauce + salt + sugar+1 cup of water) into a bowl
3. Place pork bellies + ginger + garlic + coriander as the base of a pot. Then, put mungbean noodles + prawns + black pepper on the top. Then pour the previous mixed sauce into the pot.
4. Turn the heat "High" until the pot gets hot. After it gets hot, reduce the heat to "Medium".
Cover the pot and wait for about 8 min.
5. Flip the noodles to make sure the sauce is evenly all over the noodles. Cover the pot. Then, wait for another 5-7 min or until the sauce gets dry a little.
6. The "Kung-Op-Woon-Sen" is ready!!!!!!!!!!! YES YES YES
